How to fight against acidification of the body?

When our body is acidified, we cannot expect it to function as expected. You do not have to wait too long for the effects of acidification, as it can be mycosis, flatulence, inflammation, problems with the digestive system and the immune system. Those who are struggling with this problem are often also hungry, have multiple infections, have changing moods and complain of fatigue. This is particularly true for coffee and tea, meat, white bread and dairy enthusiasts.
What is pH?
Contrary to appearances, it is not difficult to maintain an adequate pH value. In the pharmacy you can buy a special litmus paper, which will show you the level of your own pH. If it turns out that it is lower than 6.8 it may mean that we lack sodium and magnesium, our problem is the excess of acids: especially sulfuric, nitric and phosphoric acids. Our blood is slightly alkaline and has a pH of 7.4. Here the limit ranges are 6.9 and 7.9, respectively, and exceeding them will result in the death of the patient. However, even a slight decrease in the pH level of blood can be alarming, as it is believed that it can be interpreted as the beginning of acidosis.
At this point it should be emphasized that people who combine acidification of the body with consumption of sour products are mistaken, because their taste has no influence on the pH reaction. This depends primarily on the micro and macroelements in the food. The principles are formed when we supply the body with sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium in appropriate quantities.

When we are looking for the products that can provide the greatest support in the fight against acidification, we certainly need to be interested in green vegetables. They are rich in both vitamins and minerals and are a valuable source of chlorophyll. Therefore, it is worth reaching for peas, chives, spinach, cucumbers, broad beans, lettuce, dill and parsley. Cocktails with young barley and kale are also a real vitamin bomb.
Drinking health
Adequate irrigation of at least one and a half litres of various liquids delivered during the day should also be very important for us. Of course, our daily menu should not lack a glass of spring water with lemon, as well as fruit and vegetable juices and teas prepared on our own. At the same time, it is worth thinking about freeing yourself from sweetened drinks, as they can dehydrate your body. The morning is the best time for a glass of water with lemon or apple vinegar for deacidification.
If we want our fight against acidification to be effective, we must also focus on the elimination of margarines and oils. Much better in this case are those that have omega-3 fatty acids - extremely beneficial for our health. Healthy oils can also be a remedy for many of the ailments we face, including digestion and concentration problems. At the same time, they are able to support our brain and... beauty, because they deal with skin problems and at the same time enrich our skin with vitamins and minerals. It is worth mentioning olive oil and coconut oil in particular.
Acidification of our organism is also a phenomenon caused by products with flour, milk powder and whey in their composition. So it is worth to consider whether to change unhealthy cow's milk into rice milk. If we want to deal with acidification, we must also be aware that excessive absorption of gluten leads to it, so limiting its consumption will affect our health.
However, one cannot disagree with the fact that stress seems to be the factor that has the most significant impact on our body. When we feel it, our body releases cortisol, a hormone that we often identify with the survival instinct. Of course, stress can be combated in many ways, and one of the best is physical activity.
The role of dietary supplements
If the acidification of the body is serious, it often turns out that the natural methods of fighting it do not bring the expected results. In this case, it is good to take an interest in the possibilities offered by dietary supplements.
