The Easter recipes you need to know
A multitude of Easter recipes can make you dizzy. However, there are a few dishes that each of us should prepare at least once and serve to our loved ones. What should be obligatory on our tables? Here are some of the recipes.
Eggs in tartare sauce
Eggs with the addition of aromatic Tatar sauce are almost a tradition. They taste perfect as a starter before the main course or as a separate meal during Easter breakfast. How to cook hard eggs and prepare sauce? Mayonnaise combined with mustard and horseradish is the most suitable. We also add marinated mushrooms, canned cucumbers and marinated onions to the sauce. Then put into half eggs and additionally pour Tatar sauce on top.
Traditional Easter eggs
Easter eggs can take different forms, but in this case it is worth following the tradition, especially since the recipe is very simple - of course we need hard-cooked eggs, cress, pickled or canned cucumber, radishes, mustard and mayonnaise. We especially associate cress with Easter, so it is worth sowing it now to grow it until Christmas. The ingredients should be finely sliced together with the yolks and then placed in the halves of the cooked eggs.
A pork loin in jelly
During the Easter period it is worth replacing the traditional fried pork loin with a jelly version. This recipe will surely delight all guests - not only does it taste delicious, but it also presents itself beautifully on the table. The key to a perfect pork loin in jelly is to prepare the meat properly. First of all, clean the pork loin of fat and rub with spices. In this case, the meat seasoning and additionally pepper and paprika powder work very well. Put the meat in the fridge for half an hour, and after taking it out we condense it with oil and put it into an ovenproof dish. After baking, wait for the meat to cool down, then cut it into thin slices, place on a platter and decorate with peach particles. Finally, pour thickening jelly over the pork loin. Before serving decorate with parsley and ready!
A traditional Easter dish that cannot be forgotten is, of course, the grandmother. We can prepare it in different ways, but it always appears in the recipe for eggs, powdered sugar, wheat flour, potato flour, baking powder and oil. Our cream cake is prepared on the basis of Cream Flavour without sugar. The dough can be poured over with any icing, liquid chocolate or sprinkled with icing sugar.
Easter recipes can be freely modified, but traditional Polish dishes taste best. One of them is home-made marinated ham, which is not matched by any other meat in the store. How to make the perfect marinated ham? First of all, the focus should be on the preparation of the floodplain. Boil one and a half litres of water, add bouillon cubes, juniper grains and cool. Add slices of onion, peeled garlic cloves, Maggi liquid spice and, of course, pork ham to the marinade. Put the whole into a dish, cover and put in the fridge for about 4 hours. After this time, roast the meat and cut into slices. The prepared ham can be served hot or cold.
