How to choose a foundation for acne skin?
Are you worried about using make-up because your skin is greasy and covered with eczema? The solution can be a mineral primer.
Mineral primer - a cosmetic discovery
The reasons for excessive oily skin on the face can vary. This happens mainly when we have hormonal problems or use inappropriate cosmetics. In order to eliminate these problems, it is necessary to introduce products that absorb sebum and regulate the sebaceous glands. This function is performed by mineral primers. Minerals do not clog pores, do not cause inflammation and, most importantly, do not burden the skin. Ordinary cosmetics (non-mineral) can seriously aggravate the condition of the skin, increase sebum secretion, sensitize the skin, but also double the number of eczemas. The use of a mineral primer will help to deal with this problem. This kind of cosmetic will perfectly cover all the flaws and you will look healthy and radiant.
Mineral primer - what to choose?
If you have acne skin, you will need a matting formula that will help you cover up imperfections, but also positively affect the condition of the skin. The mineral base has a simple and natural compositionis free of clogging silicones, parabens, preservatives or artificial dyes. You'll find titanium dioxide, an excellent hiding and protection against harmful sunlight, and antibacterial zinc oxide that helps fight blemishes and mattifies the skin for a long time. Its texture is silky and spreads well over the skin, leaving no streaks or spots. Recently we have tried a mineral undercoat for the Polish brand Annabelle Minerals.
Mineral primer - pure composition
The excellence of mineral foundations lies in simplicity. A good mineral cosmetic should have the shortest possible composition: minerals plus pigments. The shorter the composition of the cosmetic, the greater the certainty that the product will work very well with our skin. Always check the mineral content of your mineral cosmetics on the label. The four main ingredients that such a primer should contain are: mica, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and iron oxides.
- Mika (Mica) is a mineral that is in the form of a glossy or matt powder. It has shades from pure to broken white. Perfectly disperses light, which makes imperfections disappear and the skin radiates.
- Zinc oxide (Zinc Oxide) protects the skin from the negative effects of the sun, soothes inflammation and has an antibacterial effect.
- Titanium dioxide (Titanium Dioxide) is a white pigment that provides strong coverage of imperfections and protection against the harmful effects of sunlight.
- Iron oxide: natural colouring.
Mineral cosmetics must not contain skin irritating parabens, preservatives, talcum powder, artificial dyes or silicones.
